About Us

Aaron Belliston

Founder and President of BMR Enterprises.  Mr. Belliston is responsible for financing, brokerage, and investor outreach for the company’s private placements.  His real estate expertise lies in analysis, product positioning, transaction negotiations, taxation, risk mitigation, and property management focused on asset value appreciation.  He possesses a thorough understanding of land use, and entitlement processes; in 2008 he was appointed to a City of Los Angeles chartered Planning and Land Use Committee.  He is an advocate of new urbanism and smart growth seeking out transit-oriented infill projects. He is a student of sustainable development practices, and a member of the Urban Land Institute. 

Mr. Belliston serves as Treasurer for a charitable arts education organization serving youth in Denver, Colorado.  Mr. Belliston began his professional career consulting for numerous corporations dealing primarily with cash flow management and internal controls. Mr. Belliston is currently studying accounting and finance at UCLA and is concurrently enrolled in a Bachelors program and Saint Mary's College of California.  Mr. Belliston has extensive project management experience including producer credits on more than fifteen film and theatre projects in Los Angeles.  Mr. Belliston is a salesperson licensee of the State of California Department of Real Estate, and is studying for the Brokers exam.

Micah Belliston

Vice President of BMR Enterprises since 2005.  Micah began working as a carpenter at age 16 and every experience since has reinforced his understanding of and commitment to the building industry.  He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the renowned Architectural Engineering program at the University of Colorado where he acquired the analytical skills used to design buildings and their mechanical systems.  After graduating, Micah spent one year in Latin America where he learned fluency in the Spanish language and cross-cultural skills that contribute immensely to building successful relationships with the southern California workforce.  Micah oversees all phases of BMR's construction projects including design development, architectural and engineering documentation, cost estimating, scheduling, and jobsite execution.  Micah's acute attention to detail and passion to please are paramount to the BMR experience.  Micah frequently attends business and trade seminars to remain on the cutting edge of technology and sustainable building practices.
